New Facebook Application "Write in picture"

Write in picture application is an application that allow facebook user to write something in the picture.
How to make it?well, see the instruction bellow:
1. login to your facebook account
2. Then open the "Application Builder" http://apps.facebook.com/applicationbuilder/
3. Open the url bellow to access the "Write in Picture" application
http://apps.facebook.com/applicationbuilder/Setup/New.aspx?ApplicationTypeId=10&StartEdit=1&app=0&ref=apb-tb

4. Then fill the form available.


5. "Click create application"

click "Browse" to change the picture
