The Way to Solving https://ssl.facebook.com/roadblock/

Some days ago my facebook has been suspended and I redirected to  https://ssl.facebook.com/roadblock/.  

As long as two months my facebook has been blocked, I tried to find the solution about this issue but no one helpful article can help me about this problem. Some people said that https://ssl.facebook.com/roadblock/ is caused by other people access my facebook from other country, other opinion said that this problem is caused by google.What is the matter?

Lately, I can acces my facebook anymore, It needs time to resolve the problem, I send mail to facebook team about this problem and two months later I can access my facebook.
